Voluntary registration SARS looks at certain scenarios where a private company can voluntarily register for VAT. Important – Employer Reconciliations due now
What is an employer reconciliation? The employer reconciliation, or PAYE recon as it is known, is the process where the monthly PAYE deducted from employees are reconciled with the amounts paid over to SARS. This is to ensure that the correct amounts are paid over to SARS. IRP5’s are also issued during this process. These IRP5’s are then used by the employees to submit their personal tax.
