Share certificates
Please complete the form below to have share certificates issued for your private company. Share certificates are charged at R50 per certificate.
If your company only has one share holder, please complete the form below. If there is more than 1 shareholder, please create a Microsoft Word File, and upload it on the next page with the following detail:
- Shareholder’s full names and surname
- Shareholder’s ID number
- Shareholder’s physical address
- Number of shares
After completing the the form, hit the submit button, then click on the Upload file link below. This will take you to a page where you can upload your files.

Certificates are charged at R50 each. If you require more than one, please multiply the number with R50 when making the payment.
