Very important
It is very important to send us the correct information to us in order to submit the annual returns. This information is shared between CIPC and SARS to ensure it is correct. If the financial statements of the company was reviewed by an independent accountant, the name and number of the professional board they belong to have to be indicated on the annual returns. This information is also captured on the company’s tax return at SARS.
