Feeling confused by COIDA?? The return that is due now, is called the 2022 return.

The information on the return that has to be submitted is the actual earnings for the financial year period ending 28 February 2023. Also, the provisional earnings for the period 1 March 2023 to 28 February 2024 has to be submitted.

Please note that a letter of good standing can only be obtained once all the returns have been submitted and all invoices paid.

Be sure to submit in time to avoid penalties. There are inspectors from the department of labour who do spot checks at businesses to ensure that the COIDA returns and payments are up to date.
