A tax clearance is issued by SARS if the private company’s tax affairs are up to date. This means that all returns have been submitted and all moneys due have been paid.
How the process works to obtain a tax clearance from SARS.
The charge to obtain a tax clearance is R250. This cost includes gaining access to the eFiling profile, determining whether the private company is compliant, and applying for a tax clearance. If the company is not compliant, we will send the client a quote with all the relevant information to get the company company compliant and the cost thereof.
