Why does your business need a business plan??
A business plan is needed to secure financing. Some clients will also request a copy of a business plan if you want to apply for a tender or contract.
What does a business plan include?
The plan has to include how the funding will be applied, i.e what equipment will be bought, how much will be paid for rent. Also how many employees have to be employed and the salary cost. Also important to include is how the debt will be repaid if the business income is not what was expected.
