WHy do I need to pay annual returns?
All companies have to pay an annual return fee to CIPC on the anniverery of the company. If the annual returns are not paid, the company will eventually be deregistered.
When submitting the annual return, the turnoverfor the company has to be declared, as well as the person who is responsible for keeping the financial records.
